The owner and Managing Director, Ross Mead is a perfectionist and has had over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. He is a fully trained chauffeur and has worked at some of the top hotels including working “silver service” at The Hyatt.

He is very strict on presentation
and grooming and sets the highest standards.
